Sisters and Brothers,
Sadly today, we find ourselves mourning the loss of our Sister in Blue, NYPD Officer, Miosotis Familia. Officer Familia was tragically assassinated in the Bronx this morning while sitting in a mobile command unit, in an unprovoked attack by an ex-con.
Please keep her family, friends and fellow officers at the 46 Precinct in your heart and prayers.
Stay alert and be vigilant on duty and off.
