Congratulations and best wishes to new daddy, Sergeant Ralph Nieves and new mommy, Suleika Perez on the birth of their baby girl,  Mia Isabel Nieves. 

She made her appearance into this world on Thursday, February 25 at 11:29am weighing 8lbs 4oz.
